We learn how to visualize in climodiagrams the temperatures and rain recorded in the quarry area. Weather stations record daily temperatures, winds and precipitation. We only have to use simple graphs that allow us to deduce the days when water begins to be a limiting factor for the development of many organisms (although many others develop adaptations to survive this water deficit ☺). We learn to use square and bevel, just mathematics, to interpret why the quarry landscape is as it is ☺. A wonderful thing, always, and even more so with children.
